New RETN DWDM connections in Central Europe

A new RETN DWDM route has recently been launched between Katowice, Brno and Bratislava, connecting 3 countries in Eastern Europe. This added 576.3 km of fibre to the RETN’s network coverage in this region, providing alternative redundancy to the backbone core in Europe and direct connection between Poland and Hungary. Besides, Katowice-Brno-Bratislava route enabled provisioning of Capacity services at the interconnected PoPs.

The new route links the following on-net  PoPs: Quicktel DC in Katowice (Adamskiego street, 7), Master DC in Brno (Cejl street, 20) and to Sitel DC in Bratislava (Kopcianska street, 20).
