Account Manager Enterprise Sales, RETN Hong Kong Ltd.

We are actively looking for an Enterprise Account Manager, based in Hong Kong to join RETN’s growing South East Asia team. This is a full-time position.

The Role

Responsible for sales account development within an established geographic territory for RETN’s full product portfolio and services using an array of prospecting activities.

The Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing sales in the designated target market in China (Enterprise) by identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers by cold calling, customer appointments, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and business correspondence.
• Develops and implements actions to create additional opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company. Assists in creating account plans and strategies to win new business from both new as well as existing customers.
• Develops and manages customer relationships for assigned accounts in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue and attain additional business.
• Learns and develops further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise in the company’s product application technologies.
• Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
• Lead the creation and execution of account development plans for key accounts;
• Assists in deal qualification, proposal, closure.

What you will need to succeed?

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience;
• Higher or incomplete higher education (advantage is given to specializations in the fields of: IT, telecom, engineering or business management);
• Proven experience of successful work in a similar position (experience in telecommunications and B2B segment is an advantage);
• Working knowledge of selling IP, data, and network services;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to communicate in Putonghua natively and English to a high standard.

Commercial Director in Istanbul, RETN Telekomünikasyon Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi

We are actively looking for a Commercial Director, based in Istanbul to establish RETN’s Turkish operations. The successful candidate will become part of a small, friendly team reporting into the Regional Director. This is a full-time position.

The Role

Responsible for sales account development within an established geographic territory for RETN’s full product portfolio and services using an array of prospecting activities & establish the Turkish operations.

The Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing sales in the designated target market (Wholesale & Enterprise) by identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers by cold calling, customer appointments, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and business correspondence.
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and suppliers, to provide a stable growth base for future P&L for the country;
• Lead the creation and execution of account development plans for key accounts;
• Assist with local regulatory framework and disclosures;

Junior NOC Engineer in Riga, RETN Baltic SIA

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and maintaining the RETN network infrastructure;
• Handling customer enquiries, providing technical support and troubleshooting;
• Dealing with ongoing technical issues and escalating;
• Statistics data processing.

Skills and Qualifications required:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree (work experience is not required);
• Understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP protocol suite, Ethernet technologies, IP protocol;
• Knowledge of network equipment such as hub, router, switch;
• Understanding of STP, RIP, OSPF, protocols, DNS system, experience in dealing with *nix-systems will be an advantage;
• Intermediate level of English, Russian and Latvian , technical language skills are preferred;

The Role:

A Customer Project Manager is responsible for the whole process of supporting the Sales team starting from creating a bespoke technical design and ending with service configuration, and is involved in various projects with different levels of complexity, with focus on Enterprise clients, while also touching complex Wholesale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers, detecting and gathering technical details in order to understand customer requirements and network details for managed services like IPVPN, IPT, DIA, EVPL, SD WAN, Cloud Services, DDoS;
• Preparation of the solution design including providing specifics and information internally and externally;
• Coordination of service delivery process with active internal involvement;
• Project leadership including focus on task completion within agreed time frames, liaising with multiple individuals from across the purchasing, implementation & operation teams;
• Act as one technical point of contact to a customer in providing the best possible experience and support.

Job requirements:

• A relevant degree in Engineering, Technology, Computing or related field;
• Experience in working within a Telecommunications Service Provider or equivalent;
• Proved track record in project management and leadership;
• Proven ability to work directly with customers in face-to-face settings supporting the Sales team;
• Deep knowledge of IP/MPLS technologies and protocols is a must (JNCIP level preferably);
• Basic knowledge in DWDM technologies and Juniper Hardware specifications is beneficial;
