Sales Manager in Milan, RETN srl

The Role

Responsible for sales account development within an established geographic territory for RETN’s full product portfolio and services using an array of prospecting activities.

The Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing sales in the designated target market in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Israel (Wholesale and Enterprise) by identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers by cold calling, customer appointments, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and business correspondence.;
• Develops and implements actions to create additional opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company. Assists in creating account plans and strategies to win new business from both new as well as existing customers;
• Develops and manages customer relationships for assigned accounts in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue and attain additional business;
• Learns and develops further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise in the company’s product application technologies;
• Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements;
• Lead the creation and execution of account development plans for key accounts;
• Assists in deal qualification, proposal, closure.

What will you need to succeed?

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience;
• Higher or incomplete higher education (advantage is given to specializations in the fields of: IT, telecom, engineering or business management);
• Proven experience of successful work in a similar position (experience in telecommunications and B2B segment is an advantage);
• Working knowledge of selling IP, data, and network services;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• Significant track record of success in growing business with new and existing accounts
• Experience of producing effective forecasts and pipelines;
• Proven knowledge of Sales practices and procedures;
• Working knowledge of the Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Israel telecoms market
• Strong personal drive for ensuring success with a proactive focus;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects under tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.

Junior NOC Engineer in Riga, RETN Baltic SIA

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and maintaining the RETN network infrastructure;
• Handling customer enquiries, providing technical support and troubleshooting;
• Dealing with ongoing technical issues and escalating;
• Statistics data processing.

Skills and Qualifications required:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree (work experience is not required);
• Understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP protocol suite, Ethernet technologies, IP protocol;
• Knowledge of network equipment such as hub, router, switch;
• Understanding of STP, RIP, OSPF, protocols, DNS system, experience in dealing with *nix-systems will be an advantage;
• Intermediate level of English, Russian and Latvian , technical language skills are preferred;

Key Requirements:
