New Network Operations Centre in Hong Kong

Hong Kong, London – July 22, 2024 - RETN, the leading independent global network services provider, today announces the opening of its Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Hong Kong, enhancing network resiliency and support capabilities across its vast Asia internet backbone. This new facility complements RETN’s existing NOC in Riga, Latvia, enabling seamless, round-the-clock service across multiple time zones.

The Hong Kong NOC is staffed by a team of experienced engineers, who monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise RETN’s network 24/7, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. Customers will benefit from multiple layers of network protection and high-bandwidth connections to major IXPs, NSPs, and ISPs, all supported by RETN’s robust DWDM backbone and IP/MPLS infrastructure.
